Property

1.  Supervise the church building and grounds and all general equipment, including care, repair, and protection.

2.  Employ and supervise all custodial help on terms approved by the Official Board.

3.  Supervise the purchase and installation of all new equipment.

4.  Study needs and make recommendations for improvement to the church building, grounds, and equipment.

5.  Maintain an adequate inventory of all church property.
